Team FootPrints ||

As you are acquainted with FootPrints being the Gujarat's largest national level technical event!!

This is just the charismatic axis of the event; many efforts and endeavors go behind this mark. The team members knock oneself out, in different departments so that the event can be a triumph. There are multifarious departments such as Media, Content, Souvenir, MMC, Accommodation, Campus ambassador, Certificates, Database, Dc maintenance, Deco, Designing, Videography & photography, VFX, Digital marketing, Execution, Faraskhana & sound, Global sponsorship, Local sponsorship, Kits, Mascot, Merchandise, Memento, Peon Handling, Permission, Website.

All the articles and interviews published in newspapers and TV is handled by our Media department.

The Souvenir is a magazine which is provided to our participants and sponsors with the kit. It contains informative articles, the work done by the team and team member names and photos.

All the content is penned down from top to bottom, whether it be -media articles, articles in souvenirs, tune in Tuesday to Instagram captions, everything is done by the Content department.

When you combine a right image, right element, a well written headline and a professionally executed in a well-established package, then BOOM! Every tune in Tuesday post, event pass to team id card, brochure, souvenir is designed by our Designing team.

On the day of event, capturing photos and shooting cinematic videos all come under the Videography & Photography department.

VFX team combines all the videos and photos with great visual effects to create stunning reels and videos.

To organize such a huge event, there are two main departments to raise funds, Global sponsorship, and Local sponsorship. Where big companies are approached in the Global sponsorship department and Local sponsorship approaches small companies.

Local Sponsorship

We all visit many colleges in Gujarat for propagation, each collage has Campus Ambassador to deliver our information. All this is handled by campus ambassador department

Execution Department puts up standees and banners/ Posters of our partners and sponsors.

All the lights, Sound system, projector, is done by Faraskhana.

Cleanliness of the place where the event is to be held and necessary things for the event like for making a track, arrange water pipes for sprinkling water on it, checking the lights and fans of the event room are working properly or not. All such work is done by Peon Handling department.

The MMC department works to mail the venue and the schedule of the event to all the participants.

As you all know that the participants visit from different cities of Gujarat and many from outside Gujarat. So, the accommodation department arranges hostels and hotels for them to stay.

The Participation Certificate and Winner Certificate of the participant are made and managed by the member of the Certificate Department.

The work of the Database Department is to collect and store all the data of the participants.

The posters and hangings used to uplift the beauty of our faculty are hand painted and prepared by the team members under the Deco department.

Deco-FP Ring

DC which is known as Day Center. Where the team member does deco, Designing and all the work for the preparation of the event is done there. So, it is very important to keep that place clean, so it is the job of DC maintenance department to clean and maintain that place.

We give a kit consisting of souvenir, college map, coupons to the participants in the event. The kit department prepare these kits.

In the Website Department, our team members design the website from their knowledge of coding. In participants register and get other information related to the event from the website.

To organize such a big event in college, lot of permissions have to be taken, from the typing of the permission to getting the permission is the responsibility of the permission department.

In the Mascot Department we put together different working and non-working technical models proclaim our event.

After the event, all the team members are provided by the merch of FootPrints. This merch deal is brought by the Merchandise Department.

All these departments are not visible to everybody but have a significant role in the success of the event!
